Privacy Policy

Priceless Express LLC ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This page explains what information we collect through our website and calculator, and how we use it.

What We Collect

When you use our cleaning estimate calculator or contact form, we collect:

Business name

Contact name

Email address

Phone number (optional)

Facility details you provide (square footage, cleaning frequency, scope of service, and similar information) to generate your estimate

How We Use Your Information

We use this information for one purpose: to prepare your cleaning estimate and schedule a free walkthrough of your facility. We do not use your information for any other purpose.

We Do Not Sell or Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for advertising, marketing, or promotional purposes. Priceless Express is a locally built, independently run business — we don't work with data brokers, ad networks, or third-party marketing services.

How We Contact You

By submitting our estimate form, you agree that Priceless Express may contact you by phone, email, or text regarding your estimate or service request. We only reach out to discuss your cleaning needs — never for unrelated marketing.

Data Storage

Estimate submissions are sent directly to our business email and are not stored in any external database, CRM, or third-party marketing platform beyond what's needed to respond to your request.

Your Choices

You can request that we delete your information at any time by contacting us at services@pricelessexpress.net or 980-537-3753.
